Anners Abild has a degree in languages and economics as well as a Masters of science in psychology.
His focus is mainly on leadership development and group facilitation in international companies and organisations. He specialises in the area of cross-cultural management. He takes pride in combining and translating academic knowledge into pragmatic tools and understanding, using his own experiences both as a psychologist as well as through several managing positions in the private sector.
He has been involved in leadership development and training in a wide variety of leading international companies, partnerships and organisations.
Tim Fearon and Emma Sargent are a husband and wife team passionate about people’s development and personal fulfilment. Their skill lies in making complex ideas simple and accessible in an informal, intimate and supportive setting.
Emma has a degree in Psychology, is a certified NLP Trainer and Coach and is a trained facilitator. She is author of the book ‘Flying Start – Coaching your children for life’.
Tim is an NLP Master Practitioner, Trainer and Coach and trained initially at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.

Mark Talbot is a successful consultant, facilitator and coach experienced in senior management and leadership development and organisational change. He is passionate about maximising organisational and individual success through developing people, leadership and learning at all levels.
Mark has a Masters in Change and has taught group facilitation and team development at Masters level at the University of Surrey. He is also a coach and group facilitator on a number of programmes at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne.
From his earlier career as a manager and international project leader in Research and Development he holds a Doctorate in Biochemistry
